This site is for members of Chatelaine's forums to post forum favourite recipes. These must be tried and true and a real hit.
At this point, registration is not required to post/edit recipes, so please be respectful to keep this as easy as possible to update and maintain
(the last thing we all need is another username/password to remember!)Using this site
Finding recipes
- use the Search this wiki on the top left hand area of any page
- click on the navigation on the left hand then on any category
- click on the recipe name
- you can drag the size of the navigation bigger to see all categories
Printing recipes
- use your browser's File>Print utility to print any recipe displayed on the page
Posting and editing
Tips on posting
- post tried and true only, not personal recipes
- post the name of the original poster
- use standard recipe format
- take time to ensure good grammar and spelling
How to post
- click on the main heading on the left hand navigation
- click on Add a new page on the right hand of the page
- give your page a title, i.e., the title of the recipe
- after the page is created, click on EasyEdit at the top of the created page (you'll see the name of the recipe and nothing else)
- paste the content of the recipe and click Save.
How to edit
- click on the recipe name, then click EasyEdit at the top of the page
- make your edits then click Save
- enter comments as to what change you made and why
- of course, only change inaccurate recipes and be respectful of other posters' recipes

How to add comments about a recipe
- at the bottom of each recipe on the right hand side, click on Add a comment
- write in your comments about the recipe and click Save
